K-TEC is a public-interest facility contribute to the development of medical healthcare industry by providing healthcare professionals the opportunities to receive specialized education and training. K-TEC sits on a 5,056.5 sqm lot in the High-Tech Industrial Cluster in Songdo, it is a modern four-storeys structure with one basement level that provides a total floor space of about 6,630 sqm.
K-TEC has various training facilities, including lecture base classroom, training rooms with simulated operation environment, auditorium and a demonstration showroom. The training and demonstrated procedures conducted at K-TEC can be transmitted to the auditorium or external facilities in real time. As a result, K-TEC state-of-the-art facilities is capable to support lectures, live surgery demonstrations and symposiums for various medical professionals including not only residents but also highly-skilled doctors and practicing nurses. K-TEC is expected to provide opportunities for high-level education for not only medical professionals who visit K-TEC, but also many more people in Korea and abroad.
